What To Expect in a Coaching Session

The initial session begins with a thorough climbing assessment that is tailored to your goals. This is a comprehensive assessment of strength, mobility and technique that ultimately helps guide the development of your training program. During this initial assessment, you will work with coach Kerri to outline a short term and long term plan to assist you in reaching your climbing goals. The cost for coaching sessions is $80 per hour.

Virtual Coaching is also offered for both climbing and injury consultations. If you are unable to attend a session in person, you can book a virtual appointment form the comfort of your own home or office. From this visit we will come up with a training plan to help you meet your goals.
